Custom software
When off-the-shelfsoftware makes youwork backwards.
We build the system that fits how you actually operate, not the other way round. And we hand it over documented, so it never depends on us.
Sound familiar?
You do not need a defined project to start the conversation. Recognising yourself in any of these is enough:
-
There is a critical spreadsheet nobody dares touch and only one person understands.
-
The same data lives in three different places and none of them agree.
-
You pay for software you use at 20% because the rest does not match your process.
-
Every month-end goes on copying information from one system into another.
-
You asked for a development quote and nobody on your team understood the answer.
How we work
- 01
Look first, propose second
Before talking technology we understand the process: who does what, with which tools, and where it jams. Sometimes the conclusion is that nothing new needs building, and we say so.
- 02
Build only what does not exist
If part of it can be solved by integrating what you already have or with an off-the-shelf tool, that part does not get developed. Custom software is expensive to maintain: it is reserved for where it genuinely gives you an edge.
- 03
In phases, each one usable
We do not deliver a finished system twelve months later. Every phase ends with something your team can genuinely use, and with the option to stop there if it already solves the problem.
- 04
Documented and transferable
Code is reviewed, tested and documented so another team could continue it. If you ever stop working with us, you keep a system that makes sense.
What you get
- The system running on your infrastructure or in the cloud, your choice
- Source code, technical documentation and user guides
- Training for the people who will operate it
- A roadmap of what was left out of scope and why
What we build it with
We pick the stack based on what the project needs and what your team can maintain, not on what is fashionable.

Common questions
What does custom development cost?
It depends on scope, but a useful first phase typically runs from €5,000 to €20,000. The first conversation and the initial assessment are not billed: we scope the problem first, then quote a fixed price per phase.
What if we already have an ERP and do not want to replace it?
That is the most common case, and replacing it is rarely necessary. It can be integrated, extended with custom modules, or built around to fill the gaps. Replacing an ERP that works seldom pays off.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code is yours from day one, delivered into your repository, with no dependencies designed to tie you to us.
Can you work with our own development team?
Yes. We can take on the whole project, reinforce a specific area, or review the architecture and code of what you are already building.
Shall we talk about your project?
Tell us your idea and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
